home to the dream-like world of Nightmareland, where monsters freely roam, logic constantly fluctuates, and everything - even the terrain - seems to have its own ideas about how reality functions.
New residents of Nightmareland 'wake up' within the world with new augmentations to their physical form - for some, the change is as small as a shift in eye color. Others find themselves adorned with wings, or fangs, or the body of a lion... the possibilities are endless. No one knows how anyone gets to Nightmareland... or how to get out. And everyone perishes before finding out, be it due to falling victim to one of the nightmare's viscious whims, or by simply ending their own lives... out of sheer hopelessness.
But many find their will to live stronger than ever before. Some try to fight the nightmare, some try to embrace it... some lose their minds and become a part of it. Others simply try to live through it.
Will the mystery ever be solved for these lost souls? What is the truth of Nightmareland? Or, more importantly...
